PDI is a family-owned plumbing and lighting distributor that services the needs of residential and commercial plumbing contractors, builders, remodelers and designers. We also welcome homeowners who are building or remodeling their homes.

What does PDI sell?+

We sell plumbing fixtures and supplies, as well as indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures.

Where are the locations and what are the hours?+

We have branch locations in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Lake Oconee, Lawrenceville, McDonough and Woodstock. We have Kitchen & Bath Showrooms at all of our locations except for Alpharetta. Our Lake Oconee, McDonough and Woodstock Showrooms also have Lighting Showrooms.

Yes, PDI welcomes the public to shop at any of our locations.

Can I set up an account with PDI?+

An account can be set up for business proprietorship, partnership or corporation upon the approval from our Credit Department. Contact any of our locations or call our corporate office 770-963-9231 to obtain a credit application.

Can PDI order a manufacturer not listed on your website?+

We do have some master distributors that we can purchase material through and would be happy to check availability.

How quickly can I get my order?+

Orders placed by 4pm will be shipped the following business day.

Does PDI deliver?+

Yes. We have a fleet of trucks that can deliver material direct to your jobsite.

What is PDI's return policy?+

All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. Special Orders cannot be returned.

What is PDI's policy for Special Orders?+

All Special Orders require a 50% deposit. Special Orders cannot be returned or cancelled.

Does PDI convert Commercial Electric Water Heaters?+

We perform Commercial Electric Water Heater conversions at our UL Listed Conversion Center at our Lawrenceville Branch.

Does PDI do installations?+

No, but we can supply you with a list of plumbing contractors in your area.

Does PDI warranty everything it sells?+

We stand behind the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranties usually include that all parts and finishes are free from defects in material and workmanship for a long as the original purchaser owns their home. It does not include labor charges, damage during installation, repair or replacement or consumer neglect, misuse or abuse.
