The Designer Loyalty Program (DLP) is open to all designers; no application or approval is required for participation. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change at any time without notice.

Points are earned on qualifying purchases within eligible product categories and may be adjusted for returns, cancellations, or order changes. Points are calculated per dollar spent as defined by the Program at the time of purchase. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, merchandise, or other prizes.

Accounts must remain in good financial standing to participate in the Program. PDI reserves the right to suspend or remove participants from the Program, including forfeiture of accrued points or eligibility for benefits, if an account becomes past due or otherwise not current.

Program benefits, including but not limited to events, experiences, travel opportunities, and tier placements, are determined at the sole discretion of PDI and may vary by market, availability, and participation levels. Earning points does not guarantee qualification for any specific reward, event, or trip.

Top participants for each calendar year may be eligible for select experiences, including travel opportunities, in the following year. In the event of regional product availability differences (including but not limited to appliance offerings), PDI reserves the right to adjust qualification criteria or provide comparable accommodations to ensure fair participation across all markets.

PDI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including point structures, tier qualifications, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.
