Made from a flexible, low‑density PTFE material, the tape is chemically inert, non‑stick, non‑flammable, and resistant to weathering, corrosion, heat, and chemicals, so it won’t harden, freeze, or seize with age. It lubricates threaded connections to make assembly and disassembly easier, and performs reliably across a wide temperature range from –450 degrees F to 500 degrees F with high pressure resistance, making it suitable for use on steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastics, and more. The universal white tape meets performance requirements for use on oxygen lines and supports frequent maintenance and repairs.
