Overview
This sewage grinder pump is designed for pumping raw sewage in ejector system applications. It uses advanced cutter technology that works like scissors, where a rotating cutter moves against a stationary cutter plate to grind solids into a fine slurry of about 1/8 in for efficient pumping. Powered by a 200–230 volt, 2 HP motor, the pump features a vortex impeller that helps move wastewater and ground solids through the system. A built-in wide-angle float switch automatically activates the pump when needed. The pump is constructed with a durable cast iron body to handle demanding sewage environments. Stainless steel hardware, handle, and identification components help resist rust and corrosion.
