Engineered for installation on potable water lines, this check valve assembly provides protection against both backsiphonage and backpressure of polluted water into the water supply. The unit is rated for operation at pressures up to 175 psi and temperatures reaching 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed for systems where a potential health hazard does not exist, the assembly features NPT connections and allows for maintenance of the first and second checks without requiring removal of the device from the line. This component meets the requirements of NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and 372 for lead-free compliance.
