This PDI rated unit with a 50 GPM flow rate and 100 lbs grease capacity includes an internal air relief bypass, bronze cleanout plug, and removable pressure equalizing and flow diffusing inlet baffle. The interceptor is equipped with a fixed bottom outlet baffle, visible double wall trap seal, and gasketed non-skid secured cover with a center tie down assembly. Complete with a flow control fitting, it is designed for efficient grease and oil separation in commercial kitchen applications.
