It includes a non-skid secured cover for safe maintenance access. Equipped with an aluminium intercepting secondary screen assembly and a permanent primary straining baffle with 3/8 in diameter perforated holes, it efficiently separates solids such as buttons, stones, string, and lint. Through the principle of gravity separation, wastewater flows from the inlet through the screens into the main body chamber before exiting to the sanitary drain system. This unit is ideal for high-flow commercial and industrial plumbing applications where lint and solids removal is required to prevent plumbing clogs.
