Contoured basin minimizes splashing and has vandal-resistant bubbler keyed in location to prevent rotation. Easy to operate, fully functional push-buttons are vandal-resistant and include bottom cover plates. Flow regulator provides constant stream from 20 to 105 psi water pressure. Mechanically activated unit continues to supply water in the event of service disruptions. Includes freeze-resistant box to be mounted on an interior heated wall where the temperature does not drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
