This modern fixture is UL and ETL listed and carries a damp rating, allowing for installation in covered porches, screened in patios, and bathrooms where humidity is present. The AC motor provides 5275 cfm of airflow at an efficiency of 81 cfm/W. It includes an integrated LED light kit utilizing 3 bulbs for illumination. Operation is managed via a pull chain system for both the 3-speed fan control and the light kit. A manual reversing switch on the motor housing allows for seasonal airflow adjustment. The unit measures 18-3/8 in in total height and is backed by a limited lifetime motor warranty.
