The elevator sump pump system is designed and approved for safe operation of pumping and monitoring of elevator sump pits, transformer vaults and other applications where oil and water must be detected. This system features the unique oiltector control which activates the pump to remove water from elevator pits in accordance. It provides pumping of only water even if an oil condition is detected, and cycles the pump only in the water range to prevent hydrocarbons from being discharged into the environment. The heavy-duty cast iron construction handles solids up to 3/4 in and includes an oil resistant cord for durability in harsh conditions.
