The Newport Brass Tub and Shower Thermostatic Rough-In Valve with 3/4 in NPT outlet features solid brass construction for durability and long-lasting performance. It provides precise temperature regulation with anti-scald protection and a high-temperature safety stop to keep water below the maximum setting. The valve includes integral hot and cold inlet stops for easy cartridge access and requires a separate stop/volume control. With a single outlet configuration, 3/4 in NPT female inlet and outlet threads, mounting tabs for secure installation, and a flow rate of 17.5 gpm at 45 psi, it is compatible with Newport Brass 3/4 in thermostatic trim (sold separately).
