The Newport Brass Luxtherm 1/2 in 2-port shared thermostatic rough-in valve offers solid brass construction for lasting durability. It provides precise temperature regulation with anti-scald protection and includes an integrated shut-off function for safe operation. The valve features built-in check valves with service stops, a high-temperature safety stop limiting water to 100 degrees f (37.7 degrees C), and a 2-way diverter configuration. With a flow rate of 8.75 gpm at 45 psi, 1/2 in NPT female inlet and outlet threads, and secure mounting tabs, it ensures reliable performance and easy installation. Compatible with Newport Brass Luxtherm trim (sold separately).
