This ice maker outlet box is Warnock Hersey certified for 1 hour and 2 hour fire-rated walls. The box is constructed from bulk molding compound with UL-classified insulating material. It includes a 1/4 turn low-lead brass ball valve and a hammer arrestor to reduce noise and protect the plumbing system. The adjustable metal mounting brackets allow for versatile installation between studs.
