It features a beveled flashing base adapter with peripheral mounting holes for easy subfloor installation. The invertible clamping collar fastens to the drain body with four screws that thread into brass inserts for a secure fit. This drain body has a 2 in Sch. 40 hub connection and connects to DWV pipe via a solvent weld joint. The square ring and strainer meet all load and flow requirements for installation in shower areas.
