This 2-1/2 in automatic Control Valve (ACV) features ArmorTek, a patented 3-part advanced epoxy coating system designed to limit microbial induced corrosion (MIC) and protect exposed metal substrates. The pressure reducing control valve automatically reduces fluctuating high inlet pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure, regardless of changing flow rates. Its quick-closing action helps prevent damaging high inlet pressure from passing through to downstream piping. The classic globe body design includes Class 150 flanged end connections for secure installation in water systems.
