Engineered to last wash after wash, ’s AquaSpec Deck-Mount Manual Sierra Faucets are made to endure in busy commercial restrooms. Constructed of a durable cast brass body, AquaSpec faucet valves contain a unique, heavy-duty, quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridge. The cartridge is so durable, you can expect it to last up to one million cycles, and it’s backed by our limited lifetime warranty. The Z7440-XL line features a 4-in. center-set lavatory faucet with a metal lever handle in a highly-polished, chrome-plated finish. Flow rates range from a water-conserving 0.35 GPM to a standard 2.2 GPM with aerated, spray, pressure-compensating spray, or lamiNAr flow aerator outlets.
