Constructed of a durable cast brass body, AquaSpec faucet valves contain a unique, heavy-duty, quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridge. The cartridge is so durable, you can expect it to last up to one million cycles, and it’s backed by our limited lifetime warranty. Features a 4-in. center-set lavatory faucet with a metal lever handle in a highly-polished, chrome-plated finish. Flow rates range from a water-conserving 0.35 gpm to a standard 2.2 gpm with aerated, spray, pressure-compensating spray, or laminar flow aerator outlets. With its durability and customizable options, the Z7440-XL is a long-lasting choice for any commercial bathroom.
